Demand requirements, receive notifications, perform order clarification and complete missing information Processing of orders and requests via ticket system Creating and maintaining orders to external companies coordinate performance disorders and changes (e.g. time shifts, follow-up tickets) Complete documentation in internal systems Conduct performance testing and completion Support for performance control in exceptional cases

Complete technical or commercial vocational training or comparable professional qualification Multiannual professional experience, ideally in a comparable position in facility management High customer and service orientation German language skills (at least C1) Experience with MS Dynamics would be desirable
