You will accompany Ministerial Conferences, Departments and their professional digital working groups on all questions relating to register modernization and administration digitalization. In doing so, you transmit cross-border goals and requirements to the respective technical context and support the development of sustainable implementation structures for register modernisation. Together with your team colleague, you support the expertise in key activities of register modernisation and administrative digitization, such as the definition of data offerings or the coordination of implementation periods, and accompany them in the adoption of their role in data management. You participate in monitoring the implementation of register modernization and document good practice as well as development needs. You support the content and organizational preparation of communication and exchange formats with decision-makers:inside and for a structured post-processing. FITKO is a joint implementation unit of the IT Planning Council. Therefore, if necessary – in accordance with the decisions of the IT Planning Council and its strategic priorities – you also take on cross-disciplinary tasks.

You have a completed degree (Bachelor, Master FH or Diplom FH) of political sciences, humanities, economics, public administration or a comparable field. You have at least three years of professional experience in a correspondingly qualified activity. You have gained experience in working with public authorities and federal administrative structures and know digitization projects of public administration from practice. In stakeholder management, you are confident: you think networked, understand different perspectives and bring different actors together. You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in demanding political and technical voting positions. You like working in the team, networking different perspectives and enriching cooperation through interdisciplinary thinking and flexibility. You communicate clearly and addressably (German knowledge of at least language level C2), orally as in writing.

Determined position Eing grouping by TV-H (until EC 12). The body is subject to budgetary reservations and is limited to 2 years. After the budget has been released in 2027, a determination may take place.
