Coordination of sample orders from order to shipping Support of key account management in support of our national and international customers Maintenance and updating of customer and product-specific master data and relevant documentation Support for tenders from different customers by processing and maintenance of tender documents and portals Own takeover of organisational and administrative tasks in the daily business of the key account team Regular updating of reports and evaluations as well as analysis of price and promotion data using external market analysis tools to support key account management Cooperation on cross-departmental projects and close coordination with internal interfaces Support in identifying and implementing small process improvements in the internal sales service

Business or comparable studies Good MS Office identifiers, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint SAP knowledge is advantageous Structured and careful working and interest in working with data and reports Friendly and secure appearance to colleagues:inside Teamability and an independent and proactive way of working High readiness, reliability and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
