The main tasks are:

• They accompany the patient on their own: internal treatment with the help of a fully digital medical file from reception to dismissal to final coding
• You check diagnostics and procedures to ensure a revision-proof coding and case documentation
• You know how to document and support OPS- and MD-compliant employees: within a wide range of professions in optimizing documentation in the electronic patient file
• They contribute to successful MD management by taking over the coordination in the preparation, defence and follow-up of the treatments of all departments tested by the MD
• They communicate the test results to the documenting doctors and coordinate actions in settlement disputes
• They work multi-professional with receivable management as well as medical/care staff
• You are actively working on medical control projects

They bring with them:

• Professional medical experience
• ideally you have professional experience in encoding hospital services with appropriate training
• good knowledge of medical terminology, the ICD and the rules of the PEPP discharge system (DKR-Psych, definition manual, test vV, OPS directory, PEPP discharge catalogue etc.)
• safe handling of representatives: within a wide range of disciplines, cost-beneficiaries and medical services
• an independent way of working with the ability to solve problems
• safe handling of hospital information systems and MS Office programs
