Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering in full time

You develop patent strategies, accompany registration procedures and support the enforcement of protection rights worldwide You act in disputed patent proceedings before national and international offices and courts with You create and evaluate patent research and FTO analyses as the basis of sound client advice You monitor intellectual property rights and support the development and development of patent portfolios

You have successfully completed your studies in one of the above fields You are admitted as German patent attorney and/or European Patent Attorney You ideally bring professional experience from a patent attorney law firm or the patent department of a company with You communicate safely in German and English – both in writing and oral You convince by analytical thinking, precise working and high quality standards You like to work in the team, take responsibility and bring your own ideas
