Manager Export- & War Weapon Control (m/f/d)

Together in a four-headed team, you will carry out control and release during the company's export operations. You judge goods, software and technologies relating to the collection by the legally specified lists of goods (External Economic Law, War Weapons Control Act and, where appropriate, foreign export laws). You are responsible for the management of export authorisations and KWKG authorisations (e.g. for the production, transport, acquisition, transfer), the application of timely extensions and the monitoring of the use of granted authorisations. You develop processes for export procedures that are to be regulated in particular (i.e. for technology transfer) and document the decisions taken by you of the audit and administration processes. You are responsible for carrying out training on the subject of ‘export control’ and ‘war control’.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed technical study or a comparable training and further training in the field of export and military control. You have a multiannual experience in export and warfare control and can demonstrate contact with shipping / customs operations. Ideally, you can present experiences in an export-oriented company with contacts to shipping operations. You are safe in the application of MS Office products and of SAP and in internet research. You have good knowledge of the product portfolio of TKMS GmbH. You have a strong sense of law, an interest in the implementation of legislative provisions, and You bring the willingness to participate in the field of external economic law and military law. Your environment convinces you due to your communicative skills, your team-orientedness and your ability to enforce. You are characterized by technical understanding, organisational skills, a great sense of responsibility and a structured approach. Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile.
