Central contact person for owners and tenants (customer support).

Comprehensive object management including external appointment and service provider coordination.

Own-sponsored care of housing and the management of tenant talks.

Creation of leases and settlement of housing withdrawals and transfers.

Preparation and implementation of maintenance and modernisation (with technical support).

Commercial responsibility for the managed objects.

Complete training to the real estate businessman and/or real estate specialist (or comparable).

Multiannual professional experience in the independent lease management of interest-rate houses.

Safe handling of real estate software (DOMUS knowledge of advantage) and MS Office; Driving license class B.

Self-employed, responsible and commercial care of the residential areas.
