Hotel Kaiserhof offers 50 rooms on four floors in sophisticated design. Four junior suites, two suites and a sauna with a resting room. The public restaurant stands for enjoyment and hospitality at a high level and offers space for up to 80 people. Highlights: our modern kitchen in the glass cube and the newly interpreted ambience of the historic Kaisersaal.

Active cooperation in the daily reception operation and takeover of early, late and weekend shifts Warm care of our guests – from check-in to check-out Operational direction of the front office and reservation Leadership, motivation and further development of the reception team Introduction of new employees and trainees Ensuring our quality and service standards Optimization of workflows and further development of internal processes Close cooperation with housekeeping, service, kitchen and management Professional handling of guest feedback and complaints Responsibility for a smooth process at reception

A completed training in the hotel industry Multiannual professional experience at the front office – ideally with first leadership experience Joy in dealing with people and a pronounced hostage Organizational talent, initiative and sense of responsibility A safe, warm and well-kept appearance Very good German and good English skills Safe handling of MS Office and a hotel PMS Joy in promoting employees and achieving success together
