VERBUND Wasserkraft produces green energy from pumped storage power plants, storage power plants and power plants and covers 40% of the electricity demand in Austria. In Bavaria, we supply more than 2 million households and businesses with energy. Strengthen our team in the Human Resources Management department. We are responsible for the entire area of renewable electricity generation from hydropower and take our aides for the entire VERBUND hydropower in Austria and Germany. You carry out the preparatory work for the monthly wage and salary billing of the German hydropower generating companies independently and with pleasure, and carry out the quality management after billing You take over with great interest the personnel administration (maintenance data management, registrations and applications for employment permits, creation of employment contracts and other agreements, date evidence) In the case of representation, You take over both the advice of the employees:inside and the administration of the existing occupational pension schemes as well as the operating pension accounting in the German hydropower companies. As part of your interface function and in coordination with the HR business partners, you act as a competent contact person:in for colleagues in pay tax, social insurance and labour law issues You actively contribute to a positive employee experience and work on the optimization and digitization of HR processes and projects in the field of human resource accounting

Completed commercial training (industrial businessman/wife or comparable) Completed Personal Accounting (e.g. IHK) Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting and understanding of occupational pension schemes Experience with SAP HCM and experienced handling of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point) desirable Very good German knowledge
