Completed study of civil engineering (at least Bachelor) or comparable courses Experiences in and with the municipal construction administration are desirable German language skills (mother speaker*in or at least C1 certificate) Important competences: Embossed communicative skills and negotiation skills High level of organisational capacity and flexibility Safe, binding appearance and customer-oriented behavior Self-employed, systematic and independent Economic thinking Social and methodological competence Good EDV knowledge (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) The willingness to participate in regular appointments also outside the regular working time (in the evening hours and, if necessary, on weekends) is assumed.
