Working student in internal sales (m/f/d)

You are the first contact for our interested parties or new customers and thus the first active items in the distribution of our products You receive enquiries by mail, e-mail or fax, collect them according to requirements in the system and forward the information to our sales via our ERP system You agree with our customers first and subsequent dates for our sales staff in the field service taking into account the driving times and capture them in the Outlook calendar or in the ERP system You check and search addresses and phone numbers using online phonebook or online maps You prepare the correspondence and the shipping of information brochures and created offers You collect and maintain customer data in our ERP system You perform administrative tasks, e.g. for telephone and mailing actions You're working on sales services You print offers, send them and telephone them, if necessary

You have pleasure in calling in and outbound in combination with a pronounced communication strength and empathy You have a good linguistic expressiveness, have a sympathetic voice and very good German knowledge in word and writing. You have solid and resilient knowledge of MS Office standard software You have a reliable, independent and solution-oriented approach You are absolutely customer and service oriented You work in a sales-oriented manner
