Strategic consultancy of municipalities for building land development and areas(re)vitalisation Compilation of economic considerations and feasibility assessments, financing and liquidity planning Conducting owner talks on basic acquisition and relocation Technical and financial project management Negotiation, conclusion and settlement of urban contracts and land purchase contracts Introducing projects before bodies and landowners, participation in public bodies Acquisition of new customers and new projects for existing customers

Completed studies in urban planning, project management or infrastructure management, surveying and comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in services for municipalities or project management (particularly building land mobilisation and development) Ideally relevant experience in commercial control and basic goods traffic Commitment, professional consulting and communication skills High project identification, organizational talent and self-employed Customer and market orientation, travel and driving licence
