Your tasks:

• Self-administering, monitoring and application permits under the External Economic Law, Weapons Control Act and US (Re)export Law and Documentation of the corresponding examination and Administration operations
• Enforcement and implementation of prescribed procedures Field of foreign and military law, in particular delivery or transaction stop, inspections, Audits etc.
• Examination of corporate attitudes to compliance from legal regulations, approval decisions and internal service and organisational instructions
• capture the relevant data, run lists, requirements, Quantity, value and date tracking, reporting
• determining and evaluating characteristic data for export control; and Auditing and control of the prohibitions, bids and Permissions for internal compliance, early warning
• Cooperation with the technical examiners on listing

Your profile:

• completed studies in the field of business management, Economics, customs/export control or comparable qualification

• completed additional qualification in customs; or Export control or specialist training with direction Export control

• Over three years of professional experience in the field:

• IT/information systems

• Commercial material processing

• Project management

• Technical documentation

• Technical handling

• Knowledge in the Foreign Trade Act, War Weapons Control Act, US export law (ITAR, EAR)

• Multiannual professional experience with export control processes

• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• German and English skills
