About our customers: Our customer is a successful company based in Hamburg-Duvenstedt, which develops and produces high-quality equipment for the aviation industry. Clients include internationally renowned companies. The working atmosphere is characterised by openness and family coexistence, which is noticeable from the first working day. A respectful and value-estimating approach is the focus here. We are looking for dedicated support to strengthen the SMT production. In this position, you work in the team on the production of electronic assemblies. The tasks are practice-oriented and clearly structured, so that the job is suitable for experienced professionals as well as for technology-enhancing cross-comers. A comprehensive and structured incorporation is of course – you will be guided step by step to your new tasks. Currently two production employees (m/w/d) Elektronik / SMT are looking for. Regardless of whether you are new in this area or already have experience: You are welcome. The four-member team is already very pleased with active support.

Your working day looks like this:

You actively contribute to the production of electronic assemblies in SMT production

• You work on fitting and soldering systems – the operation will be explained step by step
• You set up machines and jobs for new manufacturing jobs
• You provide required components and materials for the production process
• You control the manufactured assemblies and pay attention to clean and reliable soldering quality
• Depending on the interest or experience, you can also assist in reworking, e.g. during precise soldering under the microscope Important: You always work in the team and are carefully involved. No one is left alone.

You are:

• You are interested in electronics, technology and technical relationships
• Ideally, you have first experience in electronics production or the SMT area
• You have already brazed or you like to work precisely and finely engineically
• Handling machines or technical equipment is familiar to you or you want to work on yourself
• You have craftsmanship and a good eye for details
• You like working in the team and doing tasks structured and carefully
