Quality Engineer - Supplier Development / APQP / VDA (m/w/d)

For over 40 years we have been supplying leading automotive manufacturers with innovative plastic parts for indoor and outdoor use. Our focus is on smaller and medium series for premium and special models. We master a wide range of different technologies and assume overall responsibility from product development and pattern construction to series production and delivery directly to the production lines of our customers. Implementation of supplier qualification within the framework of new projects and changes (Advanced Product Quality Planing APQP / RGA ripeness assurance) Monitoring and acceptance of the first-class production at suppliers on site and approval of the scope of sampling Planning, coordination and verification of quality assurance measures with suppliers Detection of potentials for supplier development in close cooperation with the specialist departments Conducting potential analyses and process audits according to VDA Support and processing of critical supplier improvement measures incl. Actions for persecution Processing customer and supplier complaints Creation and implementation of methodological requirements from the 4 and 8 D reports Monitoring compliance with applicable standards (customer standards, IATF 16949, EN ISO 9001:2015, VDA 6.1, 6.3 etc.)

Technical studies or comparable training with corresponding practical experience Additional training in the field of quality management (e.g. QMB, Auditor VDA) and multi-year professional experience in the field of supplier quality Knowledge of modern QM methods (FMEA, PPAP, 8D, MSA, IMDS, etc.) Experiences in dealing with the Automotive Core Tools and Auditor VDA Very good knowledge of German and English Multiannual professional experience in the field of automotive quality
