We examine the domestic situation and determine the need for necessary care aids. We support our clients in the application and procurement of care aids.

We also attach great importance to the support and advice of the relatives. We will help with all the necessary requests (including those for the necessary increases). We maintain intensive communication with the relatives in order to implement necessary measures in a targeted manner.

With our employees we maintain an open and communicative relationship. We live mutual appreciation. We have more than 10 employees working with us for more than five years. Our fluctuation rate in the last four years is almost zero. You support our clients in the context of outpatient care directly in their home and help them with their daily basic care to promote their self-employment. You are an important reference person, always have an open ear for the concerns of your clients and actively contribute to increasing their quality of life through your sensitive care. You work closely with our nursing staff in the team and are regularly exchanged with the relatives to ensure a holistic supply. You cooperate in the planning of care measures and document the care course carefully in order to transparently understand the high quality of our work.

You are in the heart of older people and you meet them with empathy and patience. As a dedicated team player, you work as reliable as yourself. You are open to learning new things and developing themselves personally. Class B driving licence is mandatory for tour planning. You communicate safely in German (C1 level) to communicate clearly with clients and in the team.
