Lead: With your expertise, you will guide your colleagues from the collection and delivery warehouse to the main workshop and the waste collection center of the West farm, dispose and participate in the personnel planning. You conduct personnel talks, initiate necessary training and participate in audits. In addition, you take over the supervision and supervision obligations for your task and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Taxes: In your function, you will participate in defining the technical objectives. You are also responsible for the strategic and organizational orientation of the collection and delivery camp.

Support & Edit: You are responsible for the acceptance, identification and sorting of waste and residual materials, prepare them for environmentally sound and economic disposal and commission the proper and professional disposal by appropriate disposal companies.

Document: You classify waste and residual materials and document them properly. In addition, the control and maintenance of the work and transport equipment used is one of your tasks.

Qualification: You have a completed training as a master*in. Alternatively, you have a completed training in a field corresponding to the subject area.

Expertise & know-how: You can demonstrate very good knowledge about the waste management area and already have disciplinary leadership experience.

IT knowledge: You have good user knowledge in MS Office.

Personality & working methods: You are stressful, team-capable and characterized by a safe occurrence and good communication skills in dealing with business partners. You have an independent and structured way of working and have a good understanding.
