This future offers numerous challenges with demanding goals not only for the safety of our customers, but also for road safety, as well as in our sustainable business strategy. Our customers have high expectations of the safety of today's and future Mercedes-Benz passenger cars. For over 55 years, accident research has systematically investigated road accidents involving vehicles from Mercedes-Benz AG (Cars, Van). As part of these analyses, we gain important additional insights that we can control in the development process, among other things, by creating safety requirements. Innovations or trends of the future can then also be recognized from accident data and/or corresponding systems/components can be evaluated. Your tasks include: Creation and targeted preparation of presentation documents for internal and external lectures

Active participation in the collection and analysis of accident data in the context of accident research

Support in the care and maintenance of the accident database server

Organisational cooperation in the field of accident data software, including maintenance and updating of relevant systems

Development of concepts in the field of accident data software

The place can be occupied from April/May 2026.

Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Coordination and organizational talent, communication and team skills, ability to work independently and flexibly Requires class B watch certificate First experience in vehicle safety or accident analysis is desirable Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with an indication of the semester and proof of the regular study period.
