What should you bring?

• experience in human resources or recruitment.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to interact with different customers and candidates.

What do you expect?

• Recruitment: Searching and selecting suitable candidates for open positions through alerts, interviews and tests.
• brokerage: connect between job seekers and companies to find the right workers for specific requirements.
• Advising: Advising companies in matters of personal strategy, labour law and employee use.
• Onboarding: support in incorporating new employees and ensure that all administrative steps are taken.
• Maintaining customer relationships: maintaining contacts with customer companies and understanding their specific personnel needs.
