Referent IT Governance (m/f/d)

You control the IT-GRC task area professionally and continuously coordinate with BwBM's IT department manager. In doing so, you combine governance with the requirements of the operational IT everyday. In IT risk management and IT compliance, design and monitor the relevant procedures and continuously develop them. Technical, economic and regulatory requirements are transferred to standards that can be applied practically in the IT areas. Reports on IT risks and compliance will help you identify risks, measures and IT performance as the basis for decisions. At the interfaces to central GRC and coordination centers, IT departments and IT specialists, you bundle information and clarify responsibilities. Internally and externally, you represent the topics of IT risk, IT governance and IT compliance and ensure a reliable follow-up. Objective of the position At the end there are clear responsibilities, comparable data and reports from which decisions can be derived. The IT leadership should be able to identify where there is a need for action, what measures are taking and what risks remain open.

A completed study of Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration with IT focus is your technical basis. Alternatively, you can bring a comparable qualification. More than five years of professional experience bring you from at least one area of IT management, in particular IT governance, IT risk management or IT compliance. Data protection, information security and compliance can be arranged professionally. These include principles of cyber security, threat management, incident response, encryption and authentication. Interdisciplinary projects you have structured, involved stakeholders with different interests and documented results in a comprehensible manner. Complex facts are available so that decision-making options, risks and consequences can be captured quickly. In conflicts you represent standards clearly and remain capable of solving.

This gives you real design space when building processes, standards and reports. You work in a staff position function with our IT department manager as well as IT departments. Mobile work is possible. Travel activity is not intended for the position. In the central office, sliding time is between 06:30 and 21:00 without core working time. No shift or weekend work is planned.
