Assembly Specialist/Assembly Employee (m/w/d) - Medical Technology

For a well-known medical technology customer – an international company in the field of imaging diagnostics with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology – we are looking for you as an assembly specialist (m/w/d) for the Forchheim site with occasional use in Erlangen.

Your task:

• Assembly of X-ray tubes and assemblies with highest precision and cleanliness, partly under clean room conditions
• Planning and implementation of the work steps according to predetermined test and process instructions in the partially autonomous team
• Detection and elimination of defects in components or processes (e.g. tolerance deviations, incorrect parts, leakages) within the permissible procedures
• Documentation of work steps in the computer system
• Participation in improvement and automation projects
• Support for moving to a new technology center for High Energy Photonics

You're bringing:

• Complete training as an industrial mechanic or comparable qualification
• First experience in the assembly of sensitive components, ideally in the medical environment
• Advantage: Experience in clean room and/or X-ray technology
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and experience in automation
• Good German knowledge of word and writing and basic English skills
• 3 shift operation and occasional Saturday work
• High quality standards, team skills, loadability and reliability
• Own vehicle
