Objective of the task: Strategic priorities are defined regularly – they are responsible for structuring, monitoring based on defined KPIs and integration into the overall strategy. They identify impulses for new business areas – especially in the digital and B2B-oriented environment – and translate them into sustainable concepts with and for the company's management circle. The task – an extract: Identification, assessment and prioritization of innovation and digitization potentials and trends of external impulses Joint development of sustainable concepts in the team of management – transfer of decision-ready cases to management Participation in relevant (external) working groups, trade fairs and network meetings (e.g. InterSolar, FiberDays, E-World) Continuous further development and administrative control of the KPI system, in close coordination with the area management level – methodical support, monitoring and progress tracking (quantal discussions) Preparation of strategy-relevant meetings (e.g. Supervisory Board, shareholders) and occasional support in overarching topics (e.g. location or participation projects)
