As a transaction manager or manager for our properties, you are responsible for the optimal management of the entire sales process. In addition, you will devote yourself to the initiation and implementation of process optimizations and thus make a significant contribution to the further development of our department.

Your tasks in detail: They act as a central contact person in the transaction process of our property properties. Your sales and sales will be prepared, supported and handled. In consultation with the legal department, you will also take care of the notarial agreements and sales contracts. You are responsible for coordinating the due diligence process as well as controlling the basic determination and processing of data spaces. They shall ensure legal implementation, e.g. by reviewing the deadlines for deferral conditions or right of withdrawal. In addition, you secure the implementation of the defined transfer processes to the relevant internal areas.

You have a completed training as a real estate buyer / real estate merchant or Lawyer and notary staff and/or a comparable degree. At best, you already bring professional experience in the real estate industry. They have knowledge of the right to purchase and lease and have basic knowledge of the acquisition and assessment of locations. In dealing with the common Microsoft Office applications is safe and you want to introduce yourself independently and independently in a highly qualified team.
