As Social Compliance Manager (m/w/d) in the field of Social Responsibility, you make a significant contribution to the further development and implementation of our human rights strategy and take over the following tasks in detail: Implementation of human and environmental requirements from the Supply Chain Care Code and the EU Supply Chain Directive Supporting the departments in implementing the Group-wide social compliance management system for their own business and supply chain Mitgestaltung in the Improvement of Processes of the Process Organisation (Central Areas and Construction Site Practice) Development and implementation of training and awareness measures on social compliance and human rights Further development and support of the appeal procedure Development and measurement of KPIs Measurement and preparation of relevant information for internal and external reporting (double material analysis, reporting according to CSRD) Creation of decision templates and presentation documents
