Your tasks:

• Conducting several training groups over the entire training period
• instructors, supervisors and advisers of trainees according to the training plan and status
• Preparing, carrying out and revising courses and social pedagogical measures
• Plans of internal and external operations
• Advising and qualifying training officers
• Taxes, planning and further development of vocational training
• Maintenance of training
• Coordination and cooperation with vocational schools, IHK, etc.
• Participation in the preparation and implementation of the selection of trainees
• Leading trainees and training masters

Your qualifications:

• Training as a master with training qualification (according to AEVO)
• multiannual experience in the technical environment and in training work
• High level of self-initiative, self-employment, commitment and teamwork as well as situational empathy and enforcement
• strong analytical and problem-solving ability as well as a result-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
