MEP project management at a successful industrial company (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consultancy for specialists and executives, is looking for a project management TGA in permanent position.

Our client is a technology-oriented industrial company with a demanding value chain from development to production to measurement technology. At the site, complex facilities and infrastructures are operated that meet high requirements for availability, safety and quality. In this function, you control projects around the technical building equipment and interfaces to the infrastructure, from planning to successful completion. You work closely with internal departments as well as external service providers and project participants.

Responsible management of TGA and infrastructural projects from planning to implementation to successful completion Coordination and control of internal and external stakeholders including service providers, specialist departments and project participants Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and quality and safety standards during the project Budget planning and monitoring including reporting on costs, progress, risks and deviations from management Creating project plans, status reports and decision templates as well as identifying and implementing optimization potentials

Complete technical training or technical studies, for example utility technology, electrical engineering, construction or comparable Multiannual professional experience in project management, ideally in the area of TGA, infrastructure, construction or industrial location Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and internal rules and a high awareness of occupational safety and quality Impressed communication and coordination capabilities with secure stakeholder management and clear enforcement strength Structured, solution-oriented operation and safe handling of project management methods and common tools
