Education, salary, working time You are going through an approximately 2.5-year training to the supervisor at the higher service. During training: pay group 13 BG-AT, depending on the individual professional experience of 75.707.06 € (level 2) and 103.236.90 € (level 7) p.a. (full time) (as from 01.05.2026) After completion of training: Group 14 BG-AT The aim is to take over into an official relationship, grade A 13h or later A 14 BBesG. The place is part-time. During training, the weekly working time is at least 32 hours, and your pay group is 13 BG-AT. After passing the exam, you will be in 14 BG-AT. Insofar as the conditions are met and a corresponding planning authority is available, the takeover into an official's relationship is possible (until grade A 13h BBesO).
