Your job

You take responsibility - you control and monitor our filling operations at the Löhnberg site and are responsible for compliance with the specified business objectives. This includes the leadership and development of your employees. Make sure that our high standards of quality for our brand products are complied with as well as other requirements. They report directly to the manager.

They lead with competence and passion - they lead, motivate and develop the entire area of bottling with joy and the necessary capacity for enforcement and shape change processes.

They improve our processes - they implement continuous improvements in the field of bottling and systematically develop them using CVP methods.

They work in projects - they contribute to the planning of investment projects and are also involved in cross-site working groups and projects.

You are a team player - you work closely with the adjacent areas, in particular production, logistics and maintenance.

Your profile

Your training - You have a successfully completed degree course for the Diplom-Ingenieur (Brau- or Beverage Technology or similar discipline), Diplom-Braumeister or a comparable qualification.

Your experience - you bring relevant professional experience in a comparable position.

Their personality - they are characterized by an independent and self-responsive way of working and a high quality and cost awareness. In addition, you are convinced by your very good communicative skills, your strong leadership skills and the necessary enforcement capability.

Your know-how - You bring well-founded IT skills in the field of SAP, MS Office and process control systems.
