BayWa CS GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of BayWa AG, operates a customer service center for the BayWa Group at the Passau site. In addition to telephone customer service in various areas, we also take care of in-house services. We are the central contact for our customers, employees and clients. In our branch in Passau we employ approx. 40 employees. At the next possible time we are looking for a customer service center at the Passau location Service-Center-Agent (m/w/d)

Customer support by phone, email and via our ticket system Consumption and monitoring of technical faults Treatment of complaints and complaints settlement of orders for internal use Care and management of employee data expert advice and assistance for our customers

Very good PC knowledge Very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing Contact-Friendly and Open Type Positive radiation and strong communication capability High service orientation Fun at dealing with customers Independent and reliable operation
