General responsibility for the management and organisation of the specialist market Leadership and motivation of the team of about 40 employees Ensuring optimal product presentation and storage Planning and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets Ensuring excellent customer service incl. Consultation Implementation of inventory and inventory control Safety and control of operational processes

You have completed commercial training, ideally in wholesale or retail, or comparable qualifications, or completed business studies You own entrepreneurial thinking and acting, your working method is structured and independent You bring experience as leadership in trade with You have a high level of sense of responsibility and enjoy the leadership of employees You are communicative and powerful, act customer- and service-oriented
