Your tasks – or better: your heart at reception The focus of our practice: Whether on the phone or in person – you are the first respondent for our patients who feel welcome and well-repeated by your kind way from the start. Organizational designer with overview:You have always looked at our treatment calendar, sent coordinate dates and make sure that the practice runs round – with calm, structure and an open ear for everyone. Order? Run with you! You take care of ordering reliably and make sure that everything is always there, what we need – so that everyday practice works smoothly. Administration with heart and mind: Also in the administrative area, you are helping us with a variety of tasks around the administration and thus making a decisive contribution to making everything possible.
