Thesis - Concept Development for the Adaptive Control of a Higher Utilization System (m/w/d)*

In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a final work for our Rendsburg site at the closest possible time - Concept development for adaptive control of a high-speed load system (m/w/d)*. As part of your final work, you will participate in the further development of a 110kV high-strength system. The aim is to exploit existing network infrastructure more efficiently by intelligently using operating reserves. Special emphasis Your work is to enable an automated situation-related adjustment of the system to operate it at any time with the optimal settings. A combination of thesis with an internship offers the possibility to gain valuable insights into the topic in advance – but is not a prerequisite.

You develop a concept for our 110kV utilisation monitoring to better take into account different situations in the network in the future.

You demonstrate the functionality with various tests.

You guide requirements for further development from various analyses.

You evaluate technical and economic advantages and disadvantages of your further development.

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) with good to very good academic achievements. You want to increase the regenerative power share in the network. You are delighted to face the current challenges of the energy transition and to actively shape it. You work on your own tasks independently and in a solution-oriented manner. You speak German fluently in word and writing.
