For a high-precision assembly project in Darmstadt, we are now looking for a WIG welding machine (m/w/d) for out-mounting. The invitation to tender is made via our site in Duisburg.

Your tasks

• WIG welding of stainless steel pipes, in particular helium pipes
• Work with orbital welding pliers / orbital welding systems
• Preparation of welds (cleans, stitching, alignment)
• High-quality welded joints with highest sealing requirements
• Visual and sealing tests of weld seams
• Work according to technical drawings, welding plans and method instructions
• Compliance with all quality, safety and standards

That's what you bring

• Valid sweater qualification WIG
• Experience in WIG orbital welding is absolutely necessary
• Very good knowledge in welding stainless steel pipes
• Understanding high sealing and quality requirements, e.g. in helium lines
• Secure handling of welding systems and test equipment
• Precise, clean and safety-conscious operation
• Teamability, reliability and sense of responsibility
