You identify optimization potentials through well-founded process analyses and provide careful documentation for maximum transparency and traceability You develop and implement process automation solutions with BluePrism and generic AI, including planning, preparation and execution of tests to ensure operational performance. You support and support automated robotics processes during the operating phase and are responsible for troubleshooting and continuous optimizations You initiate, coordinate and implement adjustments in regulatory, technical or process changes, in close coordination with the departments. Education: Ideally, you have successfully completed your studies in mathematics, (economic) informatics or a comparable subject and provide a solid technical basis with Professional experience: You have gained professional experience in the fields of process and quality management, business consulting, IT or IT control and can apply it practically. Automation & AI: You have experience in the automation of business processes with BluePrism and UI Path as well as knowledge of the productive use of generic AI to develop innovative solutions Project Management: You have knowledge of process automation, optimization or project management and can efficiently plan and implement projects Teamability & Own Responsibility: You are team-ready, work independently, aim-oriented and bring a high level of commitment Analytical and conceptual skills: You think customer-oriented, innovative and entrepreneurial, can analyze complex facts and develop creative, practical solutions
