At the Fulda University of Applied Sciences, the position is as of 01.12.2026 in the presidential office as

Projektmanager (m/w/d)

to occupy indefinitely a 100% position.

Your main tasks:

› Consultation and support of the President in all strategic and operational issues of his department and in the daily work of the Bureau

› Coordination and support of strategy development and implementation and profile formation of the Fulda University of Applied Sciences, the processing and support of high-school-strategic issues at the conceptual level and in cooperation with the Bureau, college-internal bodies and third parties

› Creating reports and preparing policy templates, presentations and scientific analyses

› Coordination of high-school projects and applications

› Substantive preparation and follow-up of the President's meeting and appointments, meetings of the Bureau and other meetings and appointments

› Independent communication with the different process participants (specialized departments and departments), also on the side of the Ministry

Your profile:

› Complete university degree (master or equivalent degree) in a degree course suitable for the task, e.g. political or administrative science

› Multiannual relevant professional experience in higher education

› Very good knowledge and experience in project management at universities

› Very good knowledge in the area of digitalisation of universities

› Extensive understanding of (higher education) political work, very good knowledge of the science and higher education system as well as current high school policy developments

› Absolute discretion and loyalty

› Enthusiasm for strategic questions, analytical and structured thinking, pronounced conceptual skills

› Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English

› High social competence and team skills

› High personal readiness and durability as well as a high level of service orientation
