Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the smooth running of daily business, including inventory management, goods presentation and customer service
• Motivation of the team to achieve top performance together
• Ensuring first-class customer advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales and achieve business objectives

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in retail
• Multiannual professional experience in organic retailing or food retailing
• leadership experience and team spirit
• Enthusiasm for organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Communication strength and customer-oriented thinking
• Individual initiative, organisational skills and enforcement
