As a working student in our Product Design team, you'll collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to shape intuitive self-service tools used by thousands of customers. Improve the customer experience: Support us in refining existing self-service features and designing new ones that truly add value for our users. Work hands-on with real users: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gain a deep understanding of user behavior and needs. Turn insights into design: data Translate and research findings into intuitive concepts that improve usability and drive engagement. Collaborate with the team: Contribute to our design system and partner close with developers to bring your ideas into production. Academic background: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in UX/UI Design, Media & Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a similar field. First practical experience: You have gained initial experience in user-centered design through academic projects, internships, or freelance work. Structured and creative thinking: You enjoy understanding user needs, resolution design problems, and creating intuitive digital experiences. Tech-savvy and skilled: You are confident using Figma and familiar with designing user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Self-starter attitude: You're proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of your tasks. Strong communicator and team player: You enjoy working collaboratively and can communicate design ideas clearly to both designers and developers. Language skills: You speak English and German fluently.
