Head of Back Office / Office Service in the Retail and Retail Environment (m/f/d)

For the control, the further structure construction and the implementation of process optimizations for the national retail business in stationary trade, we are at the closest possible time exclusively looking for a communicative and decision-driven personality as head of internal service / back office (m/w/d). Responsibility, planning and control of all Backoffice areas (e.g. contract management, quality management, fleet management, e-commerce, warehouse, etc.) Discipline and professional leadership of a team of approx. 15-20 employees Construction and development of operations and implementation of harmonizing processes Analysis and evaluation of KPIs and reporting directly to the management Close exchange with internal and external stakeholders as well as close cooperation at global level (e.g. parent companies)

Successfully completed commercial or technical studies Multiannual professional experience in executive function in indoor service, Backoffice, Sales Support Outstanding leadership experience Funded project management expertise Industry experience in retail/ retail or technical environment Structured and decision-making personality with pronounced communication ability inward and outward High readiness Good knowledge of English
