HR Specialist Payroll (m/f/d)

Responsibility for preparing and posting the bill of charges for around 250 employees in the international environment Contact person for employees and executives in billing, wage tax, social insurance and benefits relevant questions Ensuring the correct maintenance of personal, time and accounting data as well as smooth cooperation with external payroll service providers Full support for payroll-relevant topics along the Employee Life Cycles, taking into account labour, tax and social insurance regulations Analysis, optimization and standardization of existing payroll processes and participation in the further development of the HR system landscape Development perspective to take over one's own care area and other professional competences

Multiannual professional experience in payment accounting, payroll administration or HR operations Knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law as well as a secure understanding of payroll-relevant processes Structured, self-responsive and solution-oriented mode of operation with pronounced organisational and priority management High numerical understanding and analytical thinking Affinity for HR systems and digital processes as well as openness for incorporation into our HR system landscape (VEDA Horizon) Communication strength and motivation to take responsibility
