As a management (m/w/d) you take over the overall responsibility for our diverse housing and participation offers at Haus St. Josef. You provide stable structures, transparent processes and keep in mind both the needs of the people entrusted to us and the employees. You have completed their studies – ideally in the social, educational or health field. Applicants with an economic or comparable qualification and a marked affinity for the social economy are also welcome. You bring multi-year leadership experience – in integration aid, health care or other complex, personal-intensive organisations. The control of larger teams and structures is familiar to you. You lead clearly, bindingly and responsibly, thereby promoting self-responsibility and giving orientation in challenging situations. You have experience in the responsibility of organizational areas, ideally with responsibility for budget and earnings. You understand economic relationships as well as qualitative requirements.
