As part of our sales team, you actively support the commercial and operational processes around our services in rail freight. You will gain practical insights into sales-related processes as well as into the accounting and maintenance of customer and contract data and take on independent tasks.

Our heart beats for the Port of Hamburg, which connects us! You support the auditing and reworking of invoices. You are researching systems such as SAP and our transPORT rail transport management system, preparing results and helping to process complaints. You care and update customer and contract data. In addition, you will check the correctness and help improve the quality. In addition, you will get insights into the world of rail freight transport, the Port of Hamburg and the work in sales and work closely in the team.

You are in advanced studies in the field of business, logistics or in a comparable course of study. After processing, you work independently and reliably and have an interest in commercial and logistic processes. You work structured, carefully and solution-oriented and are sure to go around with MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Your friendly appearance and teamwork complete your profile. In addition, you do not have a barbeque in front of customer contact.
