technical and business management of the subject area professional and disciplinary leadership of around 40 employees Reporting to the field management Budget planning and monitoring Responsibility for the operation of a large number of safety equipment and the performance of the function of the technical leadership in the sense of technical safety management strategic and operational procurement of biomass/fuel and waste disposal Monitoring and maintenance of required legal reports Planning of maintenance and development of maintenance concepts Developing and implementing concepts for process optimization and efficiency enhancement

completed studies in the field of energy engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or industrial engineering well-founded, detectable professional experience in the operation of thermal production plants and in the disciplinary and professional management of technical teams entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as corresponding technical and commercial understanding relevant knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and regulations (e.g. environmental law, occupational safety, licensing) and the energy market Experience in the optimization of plants according to economic indicators (efficiency, availability, own-current consumption, heat recovery costs) negotiating skills in contract negotiations, e.g. on fuel supply contracts Sensitivity and fast and secure decision-making for unforeseen plant shutdowns or disturbances
