Working Student Talent Acquisition Berlin (m/f/d)

You support the Talent Acquisition Team in all administrative activities within the Recruiting Process, including the processing of tickets, the creation of job advertisements or the processing of travel cost accounting for applicants.

In addition, you support Active Sourcing by identifying suitable candidates via different channels (e.g. XING & LinkedIn) and thus helping us build a candidate pipeline.

The conscientious documentation of all activities and regular reporting of corresponding key figures are very important for the process.

As soon as your work is over and the day-to-day business runs, we will also be happy to involve you in various projects (e.g. on topics relating to Employer Branding, Hiring of junior target groups, etc.).

You are immatriculated in an economic study program and could possibly already gain first professional experience within the framework of internships or other student work activities.

It is important to us that you are interested in communicating with different personalities.

In addition, we place a great deal of emphasis on a pronounced organizational message in conjunction with structured and independent working methods.

You should also be able to handle MS Office and also face other software solutions.

You also bring very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.

You will receive a fee in accordance with the metal collective agreement incl. Holiday and Christmas money and 30 holiday days (partial).
