Senior HR Specialist (gn) Labour Law & Works Council

As Senior HR Specialist (gn) Arbeitsrecht & Betriebsrat, you are assisting and consulting our departments in matters of collective labour law. You accompany negotiations of operating agreements and establish legally compliant processes. You are also responsible for projects and training our HR team and leadership.

You take care of collective labour law issues and work closely with the staff management to ensure strategies for working relationships and compliance with legal provisions You support projects such as the negotiation and creation of business agreements in cooperation with the works council You are responsible for the establishment of processes relating to work with the works council and the respective committees and ensure that these are legally compliant and coordinated with the corporate objectives You accompany HR projects as part of legal advice on various topics in all personal questions You keep in mind changes in labour law and in works council practice and advise us with necessary adaptations of policies and practices You support the training of personnel and management in relation to relations with the works council and changes in labour and collective law

You have a degree in law with at least one state exam or a comparable qualification, ideally with additional qualifications or certifications in human resources (e.g. further education in the field of labour law or human resources management) You already have profound experience in collective labour law and in cooperation with works councils You have strong negotiating and mediation capabilities with experience in achieving agreements You are a team player with a process-oriented and structured way of working Flowing German and very good English skills complete your profile
