Depotmanager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership and development of employees at the site Planning and control of personnel use including shift, vacation and capacity planning Implementation of employee, feedback and development talks as well as personal measures in cooperation with HR Promoting secure, team-oriented and customer-focused work culture Organisation and monitoring of all operational processes in the depot (incoming goods, sorting, goods exit). Ensuring smooth, efficient and quality operation Implementation and further development of process, quality and safety standards Initiation and follow-up of optimization and KVP measures Ensuring operational and equipment ready for use Ensure compliance with all HSE, occupational safety and hygiene guidelines Implementation of risk assessments, safety instructions and prevention measures Analysis of incidents and implementation of sustainable improvement measures Contact person for customers, service providers and transport partners at depot level Close cooperation with central functions (operations, HR, HSE, IT, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service etc.) and, if necessary, the Works Council Representation of the site in internal votes and meetings Monitoring and control of personnel, operating and site costs in coordination with the Head of Operations Creation and analysis of KPIs and reports (quality, productivity, costs, service level) deriving and implementing appropriate measures to increase performance and efficiency Participation in budget, target and action planning for the location

completed training or studies in the field of logistics, business management or comparable qualifications; alternative multi-year professional experience Detectable experience in the management of a site, depots or operational area – ideally in the KEP or logistics industry – with personnel responsibility Secure handling of MS Office and warehouse management systems Knowledge of occupational safety, HSE and quality management processes Representative leadership, communication and social competence High analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking Loadability, decision strength and flexibility in a dynamic environment, team-oriented working and strong customer orientation
