Graduate in Business Administration, Economics or a related field Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a top management consultancy and/or in-house consulting of a group or higher level Knowledge and experience in fashion, textile and/or discount one plus Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving competence Curiosity, empathy and excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work effectively in the dynamic environment of a Quality Discounter and manage changes
