Our service technicians in the customer service are responsible for the care of our customers, dentists and orthodontics in the field of external services. In addition to commissioning and maintenance of technical equipment such as chairs, units and X-ray devices, our service technicians ensure a smooth operation and operation of our units in everyday practice and are responsible for ensuring the technical requirements of the customer. To strengthen our technical service in our customer service, we are looking for our region in Hamburg / Kiel and Bremen at the next possible time

Projektleiter (m/w/d)

• As a technician (m/w/d), you are regionally divided into and around Hamburg and use the needs of our customers up to the technical handover as well as the instruction of the practical owners and their staff.
• They are responsible for reassembly of dental/tooth equipment, in particular with a focus on sterile hygiene devices for the practical equipment and modernization projects.
• Maintenance and repair as well as the associated purchase of required spare parts with colleagues in the technical interior are also your tasks.
• The clarification of technical customer complaints, but also the active speech and implementation of technical "distribution activities" (e.g. maintenance contracts).

What you bring

• The main thing is that you are versed in handling technical equipment and bring passionate skill in the craftsmanship. Training as a dental technician, medical technician, electronics technician, electrical technicians or mechatronics technicians would be good conditions.
• Ideally, you will bring experiences in the field service, have fun working in a grown team and bring safe knowledge to MS Office.
