• Care of max. six babies and toddlers in absence and to relieve mothers on five days a week
• Provide a reliable daily structure for children
• Reconciliation to crib-like situations, practice of bringing and picking situations
• Step-by-step relationship & confidence building to dispense inhibition thresholds in mothers to their child
• Rich meals, wrap, play offers in the separate child-friendly rooms of childcare or in the in-house garden
• Accompanied between mother and child
• Accompanying the handling and nutrition of children
• Cooperation with colleagues in childcare and with the educational team of mothers

• Completed training for the educator, nurse
• Interest in the sensitive work area of a protected mother-child group
• Team skills
