For IT4IT we are looking for you as Team Leader*in IT4IT Central Location: Berlin Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 14.05.2026 Call number: 11-066-2026 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E13 TV EntgO-DRV (higher service) Activity The ''DRV Bund IT'' is the service provider for the German Pension Insurance Federation and develops and operates a complex IT system landscape in close customer agreement. With our central IT services, we are responsible for the tasks Middle server level, application operation of the core system, Microsoft infrastructure, development environment and tools as well as container technology. IT4IT is responsible for the central IT service portfolio. This provides an overview and thus transparency of the development and operating tools used and the services provided for the IT departments of the DRV-Bund.

Building, guiding and guiding a team with perspective approx. 6-8 employees in person and professional terms Active design of the assigned tasks of the team Support in implementing and maintaining change processes Entering the field in internal and external working groups Cooperation in the strategic planning and orientation of the employment area Observing IT expertise in the team Applying the management instruments Human resource development and operational health management (BGM)

Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor or Diplom FH) in the IT sector or comparable qualification (for example IT-specific qualification) or completed IT training or comparable multiannual practical experience in the IT sector Multiannual job-relevant professional experience in IT, in the context of development environments Knowledge of the planning and provision of infrastructure components, ideally in the field of software development Multiannual practical experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of teams or project groups A high analytical and structured way of thinking and working together Decision competence, communication strength in word and writing combined with solution and process orientation complete your profile
