Teamleiter IT-Support (m/f/d)

In your position as a team leader in client support, take over the professional leadership of the client support team and ensure a structured, service-oriented and efficient IT helpdesk. You work closely with the head of IT and implement strategic targets in day-to-day business. You coordinate the support processes, prioritize enquiries, distribute tasks within the team and continuously develop internal processes. In addition, you are responsible for the installation, updating, administration and reliable operation of Microsoft-based client systems and ensure compliance with defined IT standards and security policies. Another key component of your activity is the support and provision of IT workstations, including PCs, printers and mobile devices. You ensure the high availability of the systems, analyze technical disturbances and ensure a fast and sustainable problem solution. In addition, advise and support users, perform training and act as a competent contact person for all questions related to IT support. The careful care of project, system and application documentation as well as the active participation in IT projects complements your versatile task profile.

Successfully completed vocational training as a specialist informant or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in system administration, ideally with first leadership experience Very good knowledge in the administration of Windows clients Good knowledge of networks, WLAN and VPN, Microsoft 365 Good knowledge of Mobile Devices (IOS) Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Azure, Intune) of advantage Good English knowledge of word and writing Self-employed, result-oriented thinking and working methods as well as team skills
